The subject of the contract is the delivery of:
Part 1 – NDR System.
Part 2 – NAC System.
The order constitutes the implementation of a task under the co-financing agreement no. KPOD.07.03-IP.10-0138/25/KPO/11/2025/513 of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan: Investment D1.1.2 Accelerating the processes of digital transformation of healthcare through further development of digital services in healthcare.
Project title: Implementation of e-services at the University Hospital No. 2 named after Dr. Jan Biziel in Bydgoszcz
Estimated value of the order:
Part 1: 448,950.00.
Part 2: 88,560.00.
The contracting authority reserves the right to annul the public procurement procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order are not granted. In such a case, the contracting authority may annul the procedure based on Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law.

LOT-0001
Part 1 – NDR System.
The subject of the contract is the delivery of the system to expand the IT infrastructure of the contracting authority, along with granting a perpetual license, its implementation, providing technical support, updates and patches to the system, as well as training the staff of the contracting authority in the following areas:
Part 1 – NDR System
- Duration of the contract until 29.05.2026.
Includes: delivery of the NDR system with the granting of a perpetual license, implementation of the System at the user's location specified by the contracting authority, training the staff of the contracting authority in the use and administration of the implemented System.
- 36 months counting from the date of acceptance of the object of the contract
Includes: ensuring technical support, ensuring access to updates and patches of the System.

Part 2 – NAC System.
