The object of the procurement is the basic IT services of FinnHEMS Oy and FinnHEMS Air Services Oy (together "FinnHEMS").

The services to be procured include workstation services, capacity services, corporate network and IT services, as well as various support services. Additionally, other services such as printer and license management and cybersecurity services will be procured.

More detailed requirements and descriptions of the services to be procured can be found in the attachments to the request for proposals.

FinnHEMS will procure all the operational services related to ICT basic services described above from one service provider.

The procurement quantities presented in the request for proposals are estimates, and the contract does not create an obligation for the client to purchase a fixed quantity, nor does it grant the service provider exclusivity in providing the service.

Based on the competition, one service provider will be selected with whom a contract will be signed.
