The Luzern Transport Company AG (vbl) pursues a forward-looking strategy for the sustainable development of public transport. The goal is to gradually convert the existing bus fleet to electrically powered vehicles by the year 2032.

At the Weinbergli site, six charging points are to be put into operation by December 2026 initially. A further 25 charging points are planned for no later than the first half of 2027.

The focus of the project is on the planning and implementation of the structural and technical measures at the Weinbergli site. The electrical planning services include SIA phases 32 “Construction Project” to 53 “Completion, Commissioning” and encompass all necessary steps - from detailed planning to successful commissioning.
