4.1. The subject of the contract is the design and construction of charging stations along with the necessary infrastructure for intercity buses for the Municipality of Podegrodzie. The name given to the contract: "Construction of Charging Stations" as part of the project of purchasing zero-emission intercity buses for the Municipality of Podegrodzie. 4.2. The order includes: a) construction of 5 charging stations, installation with hybrid inverters for each station, energy storage and chargers with parameters – according to the provisions of the Functional and Utility Program, b) all design works involving demolition, construction, installation, and finishing works, along with obtaining the required opinions, agreements, and permits (including a building project, executive project, STWIOR, investment cost estimate, agreements with the fire protection expert, obtaining UDT for the electric vehicle charging station, notification of the micro-installation to TD S.A. and positive connection to the TD S.A. network) necessary for the effective execution of the investment task, c) construction of electric vehicle charging stations together with accompanying infrastructure in the locations: - Długołęka Świerkla, plot no. 337, - Olszana plot no. 327/2, - Podegrodzie plot no. 663/1, - Podrzecze, plots no. 418/11, 416/15, 413/3. d) training of employees. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) annex no. 10.1, 10.5, 10.10, 10.14 and annexes no. 10.2 to 10.4, 10.6 to 10.9, 10.11 to 10.13, 10.15 - 10.18 10.1 - 10.18 to SWZ. 4.5. Requirements for the charging infrastructure: 1) Zero emissions and energy efficiency - The charging stations will be adapted for the use of energy from renewable sources (RES) and equipped with intelligent energy load management systems. - Technologies minimizing energy loss during charging will be used to improve energy efficiency. 2) Resistance to weather conditions - The charging stations will be protected against extreme weather conditions, including high and low temperatures, humidity, and precipitation. - The construction of the devices will ensure their long-term operation and corrosion resistance. 3) Safety and waste management - The charging stations will be equipped with systems to prevent leaks and environmental pollution. - The charging devices will be designed to minimize waste generation and ensure proper segregation and recycling. 4.6. In addition, under the contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform all necessary works for the execution of the order, including: a) arrange a work site, b) secure the works in terms of health and safety – this includes ensuring safe conditions for all authorized persons on site, c) organize and conduct necessary tests, research, and acceptance for the scope of the works covered by the subject of the order, d) cover damages incurred during the execution of the order (including those towards third parties), e) restore to the original state the areas occupied for the execution of the order along with the dismantling of all auxiliary devices. 4.7. The order, including service and warranty repairs, will be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle regarding the following environmental goals: 1) "Mitigation of Climate Change" - ensuring that activities related to the production, operation, and maintenance of the fleet and charging stations do not contribute to deepening climate changes due to excessive emissions of exhaust gases. 2) "Adaptation to Climate Change" - guaranteeing that the fleet is resilient to climate changes, such as extreme temperatures, intense rainfall, snow, and other weather phenomena. 3) "Sustainable use and protection of water and marine resources" - ensuring that the operation and maintenance of the fleet and charging stations do not lead to pollution of surface waters, groundwater or reduced availability of water resources. 4) "Circular economy, including waste prevention and recycling" - ensuring the minimization of waste generation and promoting the recycling of materials used in the production consumed in the operation and maintenance processes of charging stations. 5) "Prevention and control of air, water or soil pollution" - limiting the negative impact of activities on the environment by preventing air, water, and soil pollution. 6) "Protection and restoration of biodiversity and ecosystems" by preventing damage to biodiversity and ecosystems by minimizing interference with the natural environment.
