The subject of the order is the purchase, delivery, and implementation of a storage system along with servers and switches, as well as software and training for the Ordering Party's personnel. The main elements of the described subject of the order are: - delivery of storage systems, servers, LAN/SAN switches, server, virtualization, and backup software; - assembly of the aforementioned equipment, installation of software, migration of data, and updates of the existing HA environment as described below; - conducting specialized training for selected employees of the Ordering Party on operating the new equipment and software mentioned above. I. General requirements: The solution will include a single data processing center. The Ordering Party requires the delivery of an integrated solution that ensures simple implementation of compliance with the UoKSC (amendment considering NIS 2) due to a high degree of automation, integration, and simplification of processes and procedures, as well as necessary performance. The Contractor will provide all necessary Equipment and Software required for the proper functioning of the Solution in the Ordering Party's environment at: Primary data center – ul. Obozowa 43, Warsaw: - Virtualization servers – 4 pieces, - Storage matrix – 1 piece, - FC switches – 2 pieces, - Ethernet switches – 2 pieces, - Backup server – 1 piece, II. Deadline for completion: The subject of the order will be completed within the period counted as follows: a) Delivery of devices and licenses to the Ordering Party's headquarters – up to 120 days from the date of signing the contract. b) Implementation of the deployment along with migration and training – up to 42 days from the date of delivery referred to in point a. c) Implementation of training within 12 months from the date of concluding the contract. III. The Contractor will carry out physical and logical configuration, connect and configure the devices to allow for the commencement of work. IV. Equivalence: Wherever the subject of the order is described by reference to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications, and technical reference systems, equivalent solutions to those described are allowed.
