Included in Article 16 of the LCSP, the object of the contract consists of the supply of different equipment in response to the funding line for the expansion of the genomic portfolio in the Extremadura Health Service under the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, funded by Next Generation EU funds, in development of the action lines of the technical proposal of the project, namely, the acquisition of a Real-Time PCR System in the molecular genetics laboratory of the University Hospital Complex of Cáceres (CHUC), equipping the Genetics laboratories of provincial reference hospitals with a digital PCR (dPCR) system and an automatic electrophoresis equipment for the quality control of nucleic acids; as well as the acquisition of a NGS sequencer in the molecular genetics laboratory of the University Hospital Complex of Cáceres (CHUC), the characteristics of which are specified in the PPT.
