1. The subject of the contract is the delivery, installation, configuration, and maintenance of a research platform for artificial intelligence work, divided into two parts:
Part No. 1: Server hardware, according to the following specification:
1) Integrated cabinet for AI computations equipped with computing servers with at least 8 GPU cards each - 2 units.
2) CPU computing server - 6 units.
3) CTRL/USER service server - 6 units.
4) AI data storage system - 1 unit.
5) Server cabinet for the solutions in points 2-4 with RHDX exchanger - 1 unit.
6) Software for central management of servers - 1 unit.
Part No. 2: Network hardware, according to the following specification:
7) Ethernet switch for AI computations - 4 units.
8) Border-leaf Ethernet switch - 2 units.
9) Management Ethernet switch - 3 units.
2. The subject of the contract includes:
1) the delivery of brand new hardware to the Ordering Party;
2) providing a warranty for the hardware by the Contractor, including warranty service and technical support for the delivered hardware for 60 months;
3) the provision of documentation for the delivered hardware by the Contractor at the stage of delivery to the Ordering Party's office;
4) installation and commissioning of the delivered equipment at the Ordering Party's premises.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter: SOPZ) is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (common for both parts) and in the Template Agreement, the template of which constitutes Annex No. 7 to the SWZ (hereinafter: Template Agreement or Contract) - respectively for each of the two parts.
