The University of Limerick is seeking to appoint a design team for a medium retrofit project involving high temperature air source heat pumps for Building Blocks C, D, and E, requiring various consultancy services including architecture, project management, quantity surveying, mechanical and electrical engineering, civil/structural engineering, energy consulting, and project supervision.

University of Limerick (UL) (the ‘Authority) wishes to appoint a Design Team via a single stage, open competition for the proposed University of Limerick Main Building Blocks C, D and E - Medium Retrofit with High Temperature Air Source Heat Pump under Higher Education Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation Pathfinder Programme 2023 (the “Project”) at University of Limerick. Further details regarding the project are provided below.
