The Regionalverkehr Köln GmbH intends to establish an innovative depot for hydrogen fuel cell and battery-electric buses in the district of Bergisch-Gladbach Bensberg. The depot includes, among other things, a two-story hydrogen production and filling plant using electrolysis as well as an on-site hydrogen filling station. The approximately 13,500 m² large plot exhibits a steep north-south and east-west gradient and will be prepared for the construction of the buildings through extensive earthworks and supporting structures for terrain profiling.
To ensure the quality, deadline, and cost-compliant implementation of the construction measures, the construction supervision services for cost groups 300 and 400 according to DIN 276 will be commissioned. The services include the supervision of the construction execution of all structural and technical systems, particularly with regard to the complex functional and technical dependencies of the individual components. The services to be provided will be based on the performance profile of the basic services of service phase 8 according to Annex 10 to § 34 paragraph 4 HOAI 2021 and Annex 15 to § 55 paragraph 3.
A continuous presence on the construction site during normal working hours is expected.
