1) The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the building of the Urban Complex of the Justice Dimension at Plac Krasińskich 2/4/6 in Warsaw. The description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is Annex No. 1 to the terms of reference (SWZ).
2) The contracting authority does not allow partial bids. The Contractor's offer must cover the entire order.
3) The contracting authority does not foresee the possibility of dividing into parts due to the nature of the subject of the contract, because for technical reasons it forms an indivisible whole. The power connections supply the building in parallel (operation of both connections at the same time is required) and it is not possible to divide the energy supply between two suppliers.
