Procurement of a modern electronic microscopy system within the framework of Subproject No. 1 titled "Procurement of a modern high-resolution electronic microscopy system for the Regional Innovation Hub of Crete in the Sustainable Use of Resources" of the Project: "Regional Innovation Hub of Crete in the Sustainable Use of Resources – Center for High Resolution Electronic Microscopy (SURE@Crete)", which is included in the Operational Program "EP Crete 2021-2027" SAEI 0027 with code OPS 6010732 and with an Open Procedure through ESIDIS.
The modern high-resolution electronic microscopy system includes:
(a) A high-resolution scanning/transmission electron microscope (STEM) with a cold field emission source (Cold Field Emission Gun – Cold FEG) accompanied by an energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) microanalysis system.
(b) A high-resolution scanning electron microscope (SEM) with a field emission source (Field Emission Gun-FEG), accompanied by energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS) and wavelength dispersive spectrometry (WDS) X-ray microanalysis systems.
(c) A sample preparation unit that includes cutting, embedding, grinding/polishing, and coating devices, an optical and stereoscopic microscope, and related consumables.
Additionally, training for a specific number of the contracting authority's personnel is required, in accordance with the provisions in Annex A 'Technical Specifications' of the announcement.
