Description:
The contract involves delivering a real-time gene expression detection system with specific equipment to a laboratory, adhering to sustainability principles and allowing for equivalent technical solutions.

1. The subject of this contract is the delivery of a real-time gene expression detection system with equipment.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the type and requirements, has been defined in the Required Technical Conditions Form, which is Annex No. 2 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor will be responsible for executing the subject of the contract in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, which is Annex No. 6 to SWZ.
4. Delivery will be made to the Laboratory of Cell and Genetic Therapies (CEC), ul. Banacha 1a, 02-097 Warsaw
5. The Contractor is obliged to execute the contract in accordance with the DNSH principle ("do no significant harm"), as stated in the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, regarding establishing a framework for facilitating sustainable investments known as taxonomy, at least to the extent specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
6. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions described in each such standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, or system of technical references that meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the contract.
7. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by referring to performance or functionality requirements, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions described, compliant with the Polish Standard transposing the European standard, standards of other Member States of the European Economic Area transposing European standards, with the European technical assessment, with a common technical specification, with the international standard or with the system of technical references established by the European standardization body, provided that these standards, technical assessments, specifications, and systems of technical references meet the performance or functionality requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
8. The Ordering Party does not foresee the obligation for the Contractor to conduct a site visit.
9. The order is realized as part of the project entitled: "Innovative methods for assessing the risk and preventing the occurrence of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) as a complication of CAR-T cell therapy", financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan Component D "Effectiveness, accessibility and quality of the healthcare system", Investment D3.1.1 Comprehensive development of research in the field of medical sciences and health sciences, based on the funding agreement no: 2024/ABM/03/KPO/KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0218/24-00.
