The total requirement of this tender will be split into two lots for risk diversification and supply security reasons. The client intends to award the requirements to two different suppliers.

Lot 1, approx. 60% of the total quantity
Lot 2* approx. 40% of the total quantity

* Special regulation for lot allocation: if the same bidder offers the lowest evaluated total in Lot 2 as in Lot 1, this bidder will only receive the award for Lot 1. In this case, the award for Lot 2 will be given to the bid with the next lowest evaluated total.

The client reserves the right to call up to 20% of the respective base quantities per item as optional additional quantities. The optional additional quantities are to be included in the calculation of the offered unit prices, but will not be considered in the evaluation of the bids.
