Assignment
The assignment involves carrying out communication activities regarding water and climate adaptation, namely:
City in a park & water awareness;
Week of our water in Brabant;
Four Green neighborhoods;
NK Tegelwippen;
Beneden brada;
Periodic reports, invitations or flyers from the above-mentioned as well as other projects.
Lots
This assignment is not divided into lots.
Objective
The objective of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement/contract/assignment for the provision of these services with a duration of XX years, starting from DATE.
If an extension option: The client has the unilateral right to extend this XX times by XX years. The decision-making regarding this extension(s) will be based on the evaluation of the delivered performance. The client will indicate no later than three months before the end date of this agreement whether they wish to make use of the previously agreed extension period.
Maximum contract value
The maximum assignment value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € XX for the duration of the agreement, including extension options. No rights can be derived from the mentioned amount. There is no obligation for the client to purchase.
If, during the term of the framework agreement, the maximum assignment value is exceeded, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
