Description:
Comprehensive solutions for detecting, presenting, and protecting against cybersecurity threats at the university level are required, including various packages for security management tools, identity management, data loss prevention, security awareness tools, and automated penetration testing.

1. The subject of this order is the delivery of comprehensive solutions for detection, presentation, and protection against threats in cyberspace and the consequences of their occurrence at the University level, divided into packages:
1) Package 1 - Delivery with the launch of XDR class security management tools
2) Package 2 - Delivery with the launch of the identity management system
3) Package 3 - Delivery with the launch of the DLP system
4) Package 4 - Delivery with the launch of Security Awareness tools
5) Package 5 - Delivery with the launch of automated penetration testing system
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including specifications regarding type and requirements, is specified in Appendices 2.1 to 2.5 to the SWZ, which constitute the Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. The Contractor will be obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, which constitutes Attachment No. 6 to the SWZ.
4. The delivery will take place at the IT Center of WUM, 02-091 Warsaw, ul. Żwirki i Wigury 63.
5. The Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in accordance with the DNSH principle (“do no significant harm”), as stated in the regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2020/852 dated June 18, 2020, establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investments, the so-called taxonomy, at least to the extent specified in the description of the subject of the order
6. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and systems of technical references, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions to those described in each such standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, system of technical references that meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order.
7. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to performance or functionality requirements, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions to those described, compliant with the Polish Standard transferring the European standard, standards of other member states of the European Economic Area transferring European standards, with European technical assessment, with common technical specification, with international standards or with technical reference systems established by European standardization bodies, provided that these standards, technical assessments, specifications and technical reference systems meet the performance or functionality requirements specified by the Ordering Party.

Package 1 - Delivery with the launch of XDR class security management tools.
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of comprehensive solutions for detection, presentation, and protection against threats in cyberspace and the consequences of their occurrence at the University level, divided into packages:
1) Package 1 - Delivery with the launch of XDR class security management tools
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including specifications regarding type and requirements, is specified in Appendix 2.1 of the SWZ, which constitutes the Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. The Contractor will be obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, which constitutes Attachment No. 6 to the SWZ.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, including specifications regarding type and requirements, is specified in Appendix 2.4 of the SWZ, which constitutes the Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. The Contractor will be obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, which constitutes Attachment No. 6 to the SWZ.

Package 5 - Delivery with the launch of the automated penetration testing system.
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of comprehensive solutions for the detection, presentation, and protection against threats in cyberspace and the consequences of their occurrence at the University level, divided into packages:
1) Package 5 - Delivery with the launch of the automated penetration testing system
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and requirements, is defined in Annex 2.5 of the Terms of Reference, which constitutes the Description of the Subject of the Order.
3. The Contractor's obligations will include the execution of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, which constitutes Annex 6 to the Terms of Reference.
4. The delivery will take place at the IT Center WUM, 02-091 Warsaw, ul. Żwirki i Wigury 63.
5. The Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the principle of DNSH (“do no significant harm”), as stated in the regulation of the European Parliament and Council (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, establishing a framework to facilitate sustainable investments, known as taxonomy, at least to the extent specified in the description of the subject of the order.
6. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications, and systems of technical references, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions described in each such standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, and system of technical references that meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order.
7. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the order by referring to performance or functionality requirements, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions described, compliant with the Polish standard transposing the European standard, standards of other member states of the European Economic Area transposing European standards, with European technical assessment, with common technical specification, with international standard or with technical reference system established by the European standardization body, provided that these standards, technical assessments, specifications, and technical reference systems meet the performance or functionality requirements specified by the Ordering Party.
