“Expansion and modernization of the sewage treatment plant in Bytkowo, Rokietnica.”
4.1. The subject of the contract is the expansion of the existing sewage treatment plant in Bytkowo, Rokietnica, which includes the construction of new sewage treatment plant facilities along with the necessary technical infrastructure, as well as the modernization and expansion of the existing and functioning sewage treatment plant facilities to cooperate with the new structures. The scope of the contract includes full commissioning and startup of the treatment plant, along with the preparation of an application with an operation enabling the Ordering Party to obtain a new water legal permit and an application for use permit. 4.2. The primary assumption of the expansion of the existing sewage treatment plant in Bytkowo is to increase its capacity and ensure an appropriate level of treatment of wastewater coming to the treatment plant via the sewage system from the Rokietnica municipality and transported by vacuum trucks. The existing installation is hydraulically overloaded, functioning at maximum RLM loads, which causes the exceeding of minimum permissible contamination parameters in the treated wastewater due to the continuous increase in residents and the rapid economic development of the Rokietnica agglomeration. 4.3. The expansion of the treatment plant in Bytkowo has been designed based on the same sewage treatment technology currently operating at the existing facility, involving mechanical-biological treatment of wastewater using reactors based on low-loaded aerobic stabilized activated sludge technology, along with the simultaneous removal of biogenic compounds (nitrogen and phosphorus) by biological methods in a continuous flow system due to its high efficiency so far. The planned capacity of the treatment plant will be: Qśrd. = 5,000 [m3/d], and the load: 42,891 RLM.
