The subject of fulfillment of this public procurement is the takeover and further development of the information system Central Customs and Tax Evidence (ECDC) and its technical support. The ECDC system records customs duties and import taxes on goods, their accessories, and other payment obligations. The system is dual-level (customs office and GŘC) and it is also possible to view historical data created before the change of the organizational structure of the customs administration (hereinafter referred to as “CS”) as of 1.1.2013. The ECDC system consists of eight modules – ECDC, TOR, OWNRES, Cash Register, Bank, MPV, Dictionaries, and Administration.
