The client defines buses with purely battery-electric drive as vehicles that obtain their driving energy exclusively from traction batteries and are charged stationary for operational use with electrical energy via a plug-in system. The client’s operational concept provides for the use of vehicles that can achieve a mileage of at least 200 km on a single charge over their entire lifespan (at least 10 years). It is noted that all communication regarding the project process will be conducted in German language and script. This means that the participation applications and the offers as well as all attachments, proofs, declarations, etc. must be written in German script. The client explicitly refers to the provision of § 55 SektVO at the beginning of the participation competition and states that it intends to make use of the provision of § 55 Abs. 1 SektVO, provided that corresponding offers are received. The vehicles must be delivered by no later than June 30, 2028. The client points out that the vehicles are publicly funded and that a delay in delivery may lead to the loss of funding.
