1. The subject of the contract is the Improvement of data security processed in medical systems by increasing the level of protection of workstations and servers and implementing the Security Operations Center (SOC) service as part of the project "Development of digital services at the Oncology Center of Lublin in honor of St. John of Dukla". The contracting authority did not divide the order into parts due to the fact that the subject order creates an inseparable whole in terms of technical, organizational, and economic aspects. This decision will not disrupt competition by limiting the ability of smaller entities, particularly small and medium enterprises, to apply for the order. The subject of the order and its size correspond to the capabilities of entities in the SME sector. The decision has been verified in terms of functionality and applied implementation methods, and the structure of potential contractors in the relevant market for the subject of the order has been taken into account. 2. As part of the execution of the subject of the order, the Contractor undertakes to: a) provide the SOC service, including monitoring, detecting, analyzing, and responding to cybersecurity incidents in real-time. b) support in implementing and maintaining the service; c) integrate the subject of the contract with existing systems. d) provide appropriate personnel with certified branches; e) conduct free training for the contracting authority's administrators, confirmed by a training protocol;
