Supply of a magnetic resonance imaging system along with the adaptation of the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory related to the installation of a new magnetic resonance imaging device.
The subject of the contract includes:
- a one-time delivery and installation of the subject of the contract, whose required technical parameters are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, adaptation of the rooms of the Magnetic Resonance Laboratory related to the installation of a new magnetic resonance imaging device in accordance with the scope specified in Annex No. 3.1 to the SWZ, along with the technical documentation of the completed adaptation works, execution of measurements referred to in point 219 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, as well as training of the Ordering Party's personnel, as mentioned in points 225-228 of Annex No. 3 to the SWZ - within 90 days from the date of signing the contract,
- full warranty and included in the price service: minimum 24 months on the delivered subject of the contract from the date of the protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract,
- guarantee for the subject of the contract: from the date of the protocol acceptance of the subject of the contract under the terms and conditions specified in the Civil Code.
The Ordering Party requires that the execution of the subject of the contract should be carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle (“do not cause significant harm”) for environmental purposes arising from Art. 17 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2020/852 of June 18, 2020, and the conditions specified in the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2021/241 of February 12, 2021, establishing the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) and guidelines for the National Recovery Plan, while adhering to horizontal policies, in particular the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the principle of equal opportunities.
