The specific objectives of this service contract are:
 services for updating/developing the feasibility study, updating and developing the technical-economic documentation - project theme, specialized/investigation studies in compliance with the provisions of the current legislation and ensuring assistance in the procedures for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals;
 development of the awarding documentation and support during the public procurement procedures for the contracts necessary for the implementation of the Project.

In order to achieve the specific objectives of the service contract, the Provider will perform the following:
 carrying out high-quality and accurate studies and analyses that facilitate the updating/development of the feasibility study, the updating/development of the technical-economic documentation appropriate to the Project's objective and in accordance with the legal provisions and the applicable European standards;
 updating/development of the technical-economic documentation, which allows for the easy acquisition of the necessary permits and approvals for a rapid execution of the works;
 obtaining all necessary permits and approvals;
 proper conduct of procurement procedures for the implementation of the Project.
