The contract aims at the acquisition and implementation of a platform and mobile application for users, and a regional aid management solution (grants and direct operations) with recovery, maintenance, and evolution of the regional aid portal MES DEMARCHES which will rely on both: - A platform and a mobile application dedicated to users to apply for regional aid. - And a management solution for aids (grants & direct operations) enabling the Region to enhance the optimization of the application processing chain and its management.
