The purpose of this consultation is: - The implementation of a hotline/support/Helpdesk to handle calls from Deux-Sèvres Habitat staff and address incidents, problems, and service requests; - The renewal of IT equipment; - The provision of a service for Maintaining Operational Condition of the infrastructure, including operational and supervision tasks; - The provision of a SOC (Security Operation Center) service to early detect any compromise of the IS; - The supply of equipment and additional services upon request (advisory, management, technical services, etc.) for lot No. 1; - The provision of services upon request (advisory, management, technical services, etc.) for lot No. 2. The various characteristics and expectations of the Contracting Authority are described in the attached Special Technical Specifications to the DCE. The contract is in the form of a framework agreement for purchase orders setting all contractual stipulations concluded without a minimum and with a maximum with an economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded for a period from October 1, 2025, to December 31, 2028.

This lot's purpose is: - The implementation of a hotline/support/Helpdesk to handle calls from Deux-Sèvres Habitat staff and address incidents, problems, and service requests; - The ongoing renewal of lightweight clients to transition to Windows 11 compatible equipment; - The support of the current service provider for relocating the administrative headquarters to the new site planned for 2026; - The provision of a service for Maintaining Operational Condition of the infrastructure, including operational and supervision tasks; - The supply of services upon request (advisory, management, technical services, etc.); - The provision of equipment to develop the infrastructures and the workstation inventory. The contract is in the form of a framework agreement for purchase orders setting all contractual stipulations concluded without a minimum and with a maximum with an economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with the following maximum amount: €1,000,000.00 excluding VAT. This lot's purpose is: - The provision of an SOC (Security Operation Center) service; - Implementation of all technical solutions to early detect any compromise of the IS; - Implementation of all organizational means to early detect any compromise; - Information within a contractual timeframe for detections or suspicion of compromise; - Provision of an action plan within a contractual timeframe in case of compromise; - The supply of services upon request related to the security of the Information System (advisory audit, management, etc.). The contract is in the form of a framework agreement for purchase orders setting all contractual stipulations concluded without a minimum and with a maximum with an economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with the following maximum amount: €250,000.00 excluding VAT.
