1. The subject of the contract is the development, installation, configuration, integration, design, and launch of ETL processes, user training, preparation and submission of relevant documentation, production launch, as well as the provision of warranty services and maintenance (option) for the IT system of the Regional Center for Digital Medicine WIM-PIB, and the development, installation, configuration, integration, user training, preparation and submission of relevant documentation, production launch, and provision of warranty services and maintenance for the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS), along with the supply of database products.
2. The contracting authority allows for partial bids. The contractor may submit a bid for one or more parts of the order. A part of the order is considered a single package.
3. The order has been divided into 2 packages.
4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
5. The contracting authority informs that, within the framework of executing the public procurement contract for package No. 1, it anticipates the possibility of exercising the option right - detailed provisions regarding the execution of the option are included in the draft contract, which is Annex No. 5.1. to the SWZ.
6. The development, implementation, and launch of the IT system for the Regional Center for Digital Medicine along with integration services, user training, and system maintenance, along with the supply of a database, is being implemented under the project titled “Establishment of the Digital Medicine Center of the Military Medical Institute – National Research Institute and the University of Warsaw” financed from state budget funds from the Medical Research Agency, competition “Creation and Development of Regional Centers for Digital Medicine”; contract number for funding: 2023/ABM/02/00014.
7. The development, implementation, and launch of the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) along with integration services, user training, and system maintenance is being implemented under the project “Strengthening the research potential of the Clinical Trials Support Center of the Military Medical Institute – National Research Institute” financed from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan by the Medical Research Agency under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan in the area of investment D3.1.1. Comprehensive Development of Research in Medical Sciences and Health Sciences, Action 4.2. Development of the Network of Clinical Trials Support Centers implemented from the Governmental Plan for the Development of the Biomed Sector for the years 2022-2031, contract number for funding KPOD.07.07-IW.07-0314/24.
