Ofgem is seeking to establish a new commercial framework for services and advice related to gas, electricity, renewables, heat networks, and economics, replacing the current agreement upon its expiration.
Office of Gas and Electricity Matters (Ofgem) seeks to procure and award a new commercial framework agreement for the provision of services and advice in relation but not limited to gas, electricity, renewables, heat networks and economics”
This framework is intended to replace the 2021-090 Energy and Economic Services and Advice Framework Agreement upon its expiry in August 2026.
The scope of the new agreement may include, but is not limited to:

* Gas Engineering and Distribution
* Electrical Generation
* Electricity Transmission
* Renewable Generating Technologies & Heat Distribution
* Auditing of Renewable Energy
* Nuclear Energy and Associated Work
* Economic Modelling and Support.
* Financial Modelling.
* Network Economics.
* Financial, Safety and Energy Systems Regulation
The above list is not exhaustive and will be further defined and specified as the development process continues.
Ofgem reserve the right to amend the scope of this framework up until the point a tender notice is published in respect of this requirement.
