The Client has freely and without restrictions made available all relevant parts of the previously mentioned Project – technical documentation through the Electronic Public Procurement Bulletin of the Republic of Croatia (hereinafter: EOJN RH).
The supervision services within this contract encompass professional supervision services in accordance with the Construction Act (NN 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19), the Act on the Procedures and Activities of Spatial Planning and Construction (NN 78/15, 118/18, 110/19) and other applicable regulations.
