The contractor is issuing a framework agreement for the external procurement of general planning and project management services for large construction projects in the field of new construction of energy transport pipelines or partially complex and extensive modifications or conversions of existing energy transport pipelines, project works for the construction and modification of compressor stations and/or gas pressure regulation and measurement systems, and project works for the construction of feeding plants for biogas as well as the construction of the necessary connecting pipelines. The client is a pipeline network operator and operates a pipeline network of approximately 4,600 km in length. Due to current requests for network connections and the network development planning for gas and hydrogen, the client sees a high need for supporting services. The specific commissioning will occur after a written order from the client.
For each lot, three framework contract partners will be engaged.

Lot 1 - Pipeline Construction Projects.
Pipeline construction projects are extensive new constructions of energy transport pipelines or partially complex and extensive modifications or conversions of existing energy transport pipelines to meet future technical requirements (e.g. hydrogen suitability). Part of these projects may expressly also include the construction or modification of associated stations for the gas quality and quantity measurement as well as valve stations.
