The subject of the upcoming public procurement will be the supply, implementation, and operation of an information system exclusively in the form of SaaS (cloud service) for energy management (hereinafter referred to as IS EnMS) of the Czech Republic Police (hereinafter referred to as Police ČR), encompassing the comprehensive energy management of the Police ČR as the contracting authority and enabling full support for certification and the long-term maintenance of the certified energy management system of the Police ČR in accordance with the ISO 50001 standard, including links to ISO 50006 (EnB/EnPI) and ISO 50015 (measurement and verification - M&V).
Within the IS EnMS, sensitive operational data will be processed and stored (e.g., energy consumption, parameters of technological operations, information about buildings and premises, integration interfaces, etc.). This data may allow the derivation of spatial and operational patterns impacting safety, continuity of operations, and the protection of property and individuals. For these reasons, the contracting authority requires a demonstrable level of risk management and information security commensurate with the nature of the contract. The security and compliance requirements are specified in the Technical Specification for the IS EnMS. Invitations. For the purposes of PTK, the contractor will submit documents of compliance (certification or equivalent documents according to the Technical Specification of the IS EnMS per Annex No. 2) and fill out the relevant part of the Requirements Catalog (XLSX) in Annex No. 3 of the Invitation.
