Subscription license for the system of recognizing cyber attacks and advanced defense.
The subject of the procurement is the acquisition of a system for recognizing cyber attacks and advanced defense. The system must have the capability to actively monitor at least 2500 IP addresses (users, servers, and devices) and enable automated detection and protection against malicious activities on the network, system, and user infrastructure. The system should allow manual, semi-automated, and automated levels of protection.

The system must accept a recording of all network traffic and, using supervised and unsupervised deep learning (DL) methods, enable the detection of not only external but also internal threats originating from the organization by monitoring lateral communication that does not pass through the firewall. The system should be dimensioned to monitor network traffic for at least 2500 unique IP addresses.

The supplier will install hardware components (physical devices) at locations according to the client's instructions, depending on the type of traffic that the device must collect. The hardware components will be located in the IT network (business network) and will inspect and analyze all network traffic at the primary and secondary locations.
The hardware component will be installed at the primary (Prisavlje 14, Zagreb) and the secondary location (Krležin Gvozd 1a, Zagreb) of the client.
The delivered services include warranty on hardware, new software versions, security patches, and similar, as well as manufacturer support in error analysis on the system.
At the end of the service period, the hardware and software will be returned to the supplier.
