I. The subject of the order is the delivery and installation along with the design and commissioning of 2 photovoltaic installations and 6 photovoltaic installations with energy storage systems as part of the funding applications titled:
a) Development of decentralized energy based on renewable energy sources for public utility buildings in the Zawiercie Municipality
b) Development of decentralized energy based on renewable energy sources for public utility buildings in the Zawiercie Municipality 2
c) Development of decentralized energy based on renewable energy sources for public utility buildings in the Zawiercie Municipality 3.
2. The subject of the order is to prepare project documentation for 2 photovoltaic installations and 6 photovoltaic installations with energy storage systems for public utility buildings in the Zawiercie Municipality, delivery of installation components, and conduct on-site installation of the systems along with the accompanying infrastructure and connection to the internal power installation based on the completed project documentation along with commissioning of the systems and instruction.
3. The scope of work includes:
a. inventory of the electrical installation necessary for design,
b. obtaining necessary agreements, decisions, including: application for connection conditions for the connection of the production source, building permits,
c. development of project documentation and its agreement with the Contracting Authority,
d. modernization and equipping the main distribution board of the building
e. construction of photovoltaic installations/energy storage on roofs and ground with a total capacity of min. 297.12 kWp in the following quantities and locations:
