The duration of the framework agreement will be 48 months. The minimum/maximum value of the framework agreement, as well as the minimum and maximum quantities can be found in the specifications and the annex to the specifications regarding the estimation. Maximum value of the framework agreement: 6,237,625.88 lei, minimum value of the framework agreement: 2,260,871.72 lei, value of the largest subsequent contract: 1,559,772.47 lei. The deadline for requesting clarifications is 18 days before the deadline for submitting bids/applications. The clear and complete response will be sent at least 10 days before the deadline for submitting the offer. The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers is 18 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarifications on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of offers.
