Description:
Delivery of software and devices to enhance the cybersecurity of the Małopolska Voivodeship Office in Kraków, including various security systems and training services.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of software and devices necessary to ensure the security of IT systems, monitoring of IT infrastructure, and network management of the Małopolska Voivodeship Office in Kraków and subordinate units: the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection, the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Quality of Agricultural and Food Products, the Voivodeship Office for the Protection of Monuments, as well as to provide a guarantee from the Contractor and ensure its warranty service.

2) Workstation security management system with remote access implementation,
3) EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) software,
4) Link protection system against DOS and DDOS attacks,
5) Log collection and analysis system SIEM,
6) Security Orchestration, Automation and Response (SOAR) system,
7) Network Detection and Response (NDR) solution,
8) Privileged Access Management (PAM) system,
9) Data storage disk array – 1 piece,
10) Server infrastructure – 3 pieces,
11) Implementation, configuration,
12) Training – 12 specialist training sessions,
13) Post-execution documentation.
2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for its implementation are specified in the attachments to the SWZ: attachment no. 1 to the SWZ - description of the subject of the contract, attachment no. 2 to the SWZ - draft provisions of the contract. The subject of delivery has been specified in the bid form, the template of which is attachment no. 3 to the SWZ,

6. In the conducted proceedings, based on Article 139(1) in connection with Article 139(2) of the Pzp Act, the Contracting Authority will first conduct an examination and evaluation of the submitted offers, and then conduct the subjective qualification of the Contractor whose offer has been rated the highest, in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings, described in chapter VIII of the SWZ.
