The subject of the contract is the supply of electric buses along with equipment and the supply of charging stations for buses for the Municipal Transport Company in Łowicz as part of the project entitled: "Purchase of zero-emission bus fleet for the Municipal Transport Company in Łowicz along with the infrastructure for charging the fleet. The subject of the contract is divided into 2 parts: 1) PART 1 - supply of electric buses along with equipment, 2) PART 2 - supply of charging stations for buses. PART 1 - supply of electric buses along with equipment. The scope of the subject matter of part 1 includes: 1) supply of 3 brand new low-floor electric buses of one brand intended for urban transport, with a length of 6500mm to 8500mm, along with equipment, 2) supply of 5 brand new low-floor electric buses of one brand intended for urban transport, with a length of 10500mm to 11000mm, along with equipment, 3) supply of diagnostic equipment, all devices, tools, testers and software along with necessary licenses in quantity and scope enabling performing service, configuration or diagnostics of the buses, 4) granting the Operator internal authorization enabling the performance of technical service (periodic inspections) and warranty and non-warranty repairs necessary to ensure the efficiency of the buses, based on documentation and recommendations of the bus manufacturer, 5) conducting theoretical and practical training in the operation and use of buses, as well as techniques for economical driving, safety of use and daily vehicle maintenance immediately after the acceptance of the first batch of buses for individuals indicated by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to attach a protocol from the conducted training to the acceptance documentation containing the scope of training, signed by the trainer and the trained individuals, 6) conducting theoretical and practical training in the area of warranty and post-warranty repairs, technical service of buses, and operation and use of the supplied diagnostic equipment for specified individuals by the Contracting Authority technical staff. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to attach a protocol from the conducted training to the acceptance documentation containing the scope of training, signed by the trainer and the trained individuals, 7) conducting theoretical and practical training in the operation of supplied systems for specified individuals indicated by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to attach a protocol from the conducted training to the acceptance documentation containing the scope of training, 8) delivering technical-operational documentation in Polish, 9) ensuring the compatibility of the supplied buses with the charging stations provided in this procedure part 2, 1) the buses and the equipment installed in them referred to in the OPZ constituting annex no. 1 to the SWZ, the Contractor is obliged to mark in accordance with the principles of the brand communication of European Funds 2021-2027 available at https://funduszeue.lodzkie.pl/kfedl PART 2 - supply of charging stations for buses. The scope of the subject matter of part 2 includes: 1) delivery, assembly works and other necessary for the commissioning of charging stations, first commissioning of 4 brand new dual-position mobile charging stations of the plug-in type with a minimum power of 120 kW (2x60KW) each, from one manufacturer, 2) Mobile chargers must be housed in cabinets allowing their relocation. They must be designed for operation in external weather conditions, 3) performing legally required studies, checks, measurements, markings, protections, notifications, and acceptances necessary to put electric bus charging stations into operation in accordance with the applicable law, 4) conducting the acceptance process UDT, ended with a positive acceptance protocol, 5) conducting theoretical and practical training in the operation and use of the delivered charging stations for individuals indicated by the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to attach a protocol from the conducted training to the acceptance documentation containing the scope of training, signed by the trainer and the trained individuals. Each of the trained individuals will receive appropriate confirmation, 6) delivering technical-operational documentation in Polish, a spare parts catalog and equipping the Contracting Authority with software and an interface allowing for full device diagnostics. The Contracting Authority allows remote access to these devices, however, it must be guaranteed for a minimum of 12 years from the commissioning of the device, 7) ensuring the compatibility of the supplied charging stations with the supplied electric buses from this procedure part 1. The supplied charging stations must cooperate in terms of communication protocols with the electric buses supplied in this procedure. Simultaneously, the Contractor will ensure that the applied solutions, especially connectors and charging sockets and communication protocols are standardized and widely used, making it possible for vehicles from different manufacturers to use the charging stations, 8) marking the supplied charging stations in accordance with the principles of the brand communication of European Funds 2021-2027 available at https://funduszeue.lodzkie.pl/kfedl. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in the Specification of Terms of the Contract as well as in annex no. 1 to the SWZ - detailed description of the subject matter of the contract.
