The subject of the contract is: the expansion of the existing ITS System to improve urban mobility and promote pedestrian and bicycle traffic along with the implementation of a parking space occupancy measurement system and spaces dedicated for disabled persons in the paid parking zone, which includes: 1) adaptation of the priority system for public transport buses to the new SIP protocol, 2) introduction of automatic detection of pedestrians and cyclists at intersections, crossings, and traffic light crossings along with the implementation of solutions for automatic counting and distinguishing of road traffic participants and average speed measurements, 3) introduction of mobile applications facilitating movement in the city for cyclists by automatically reporting the need for a green signal, 4) use of bicycle totems with information for users about traffic and environmental parameters, 5) introduction of priorities for emergency vehicles by adapting traffic signal algorithms and equipping emergency vehicles with necessary devices, 6) activation of the parking space occupancy measurement system and spaces dedicated for disabled persons in the paid parking zone, 7) development of project documentation and construction of traffic lights at pedestrian crossings outside the signals in the city (5 crossings: 4 on a dual carriageway, 1 on a single carriageway), 8) development of project documentation and construction of traffic lights at intersections in the city (6 intersections), 9) development of documentation and construction of telecommunication and fiber optic networks aimed at connecting existing and planned devices of the ITS System to ensure connectivity to server systems. 10) development of documentation, delivery, and commissioning of CCTV cameras for monitoring traffic in terms of pedestrian and bicycle safety, 11) modernization of IT infrastructure, 12) modernization of the Traffic Management Center room along with the delivery of computer equipment, 13) conducting functional tests and cybersecurity tests of the System prior to its production launch, 14) preparation of as-built documentation regarding the completed work, 15) providing support and maintenance of the System during the warranty period.
