Medical Equipment for Equipping and Modernizing the Medical Analysis Laboratory (Microbiological) within the Investment Project "Investments in the Infrastructure of Microbiology Laboratories in Public Healthcare Units"

The number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting offers/candidacies is 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to requests for clarifications or additional information on the 11th day before the deadline for submitting offers.
Any request for clarification sent after the mentioned date will put the contracting authority in the position of being unable to provide a response and will therefore be considered LATE.
Any request for clarifications must be sent through SEAP (www.e-licitatie.ro).
