The scope of the assignment is to draft multiple groundwater advices for a neighborhood or a street within the Municipality of Amsterdam. Since the contracting authority wants to learn from various market parties, a framework agreement has been chosen with a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) market parties. The framework agreement has a maximum duration of 48 months, or shorter if the maximum value of €1,000,000.00 excluding VAT is reached.
