The subject of the contract is:
1) supply:
a) 4 pieces of brand new, complete and fully operational, low-floor electric city buses of MAXI class (EV - Electric Vehicle), delivered in accordance with the configuration specified by the Ordering Party along with electronic equipment and necessary licenses;
b) charging infrastructure – 3 dual-position stationary chargers with a minimum power of 120 kW each;
2) conducting training for designated employees of the Ordering Party on the operation of buses and charging infrastructure;
3) providing documentation;
4) delivering necessary tools (including diagnostic equipment) with the necessary interfaces and software along with licenses in quantity and scope allowing free use of all functionalities of EV buses;

THE PURCHASE OF ZERO-EMISSION BUS FLEET WITH ELECTRIC PROPULSION (EV) OF MAXI CLASS ALONG WITH PLUG-IN CHARGING INFRASTRUCTURE, FORMING AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE PROJECT ENTITLED 'DEVELOPMENT OF ZERO-EMISSION PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE CITY OF CZĘSTOCHOWA'.
