The consultation aims at concluding an energy performance contract with design, execution, operation and maintenance services (CREM) for buildings and equipment in climate engineering (HVAC), electricity (lighting), and control (BMS). This contract concerns a scope of 7 high-stakes buildings defined after the return of a status report and an opportunity note. It involves energy management, operation, energy efficiency of heat/cold production equipment, domestic hot water, chilled water, renewable energy (RE), ventilation and lighting installations, as well as the envelope for certain buildings. The main objectives are: - A reduction in energy consumption (all fluids combined) of at least 40% after works; - Compliance with applicable regulatory obligations (BACS decree, F-GAS, etc.); - Decarbonization of heating installations and reduction of GHG emissions; - An increase in the share of RE in energy consumption
