The contract aims to provide the supply, through acquisition, of various electric vehicles intended for the following operational uses directly linked to the maintenance, management, security, and valuation of tourist spaces.
The City Council of Nerja intends to continue advancing along the path of good practices in waste management and the circular economy of the municipality through the use of sustainable mobility, a key tool to advance towards an emission-free energy model and fight against climate change. In this regard, electric mobility and the implementation of measures to promote electric vehicles are priorities for any territory. However, the transportation model in the town of Nerja is practically entirely based on the use of petroleum and its derivatives.
