With this procurement, Domea.dk aims to obtain bids for parallel framework agreements for comprehensive consultancy services for the housing associations affiliated with Domea.dk, regarding supported and unsupported renovation and new construction tasks in Denmark.
The comprehensive consultancy includes such tasks within the framework of legislation for public housing.
The procurement of the framework agreements is divided into 2 sub-agreements: Sub-agreement 1 – East, which covers East Denmark, and Sub-agreement 2 – West, which covers West Denmark.
For Sub-agreement 1 – East, Domea.dk wishes to have 5 framework agreement holders.
For Sub-agreement 2 – West, Domea.dk wishes to have 3 framework agreement holders.
An applicant can apply for prequalification for one or both sub-agreements, and a bidder can win a place in both sub-agreements after the completion of the bid evaluation.
The framework agreements are not exclusive, as Domea.dk has the ability to enter into agreements for comprehensive consultancy without using these parallel framework agreements, including based on traditional procurements or direct allocation of specific projects, provided that procurement regulations allow this.
No specific turnover is guaranteed on the framework agreements, as Domea.dk is not obliged to use the framework agreements.
The framework agreements include housing organizations listed in Appendix 2.11 attached to the procurement material and their associated departments, including upcoming departments and merged departments/companies, as well as housing organizations (and their corresponding departments) that transition to administration under Domea.dk during the term of the framework agreements, including Domea.dk's so-called business customers.
LOT-0001
Sub-agreement 1 - East.
This sub-agreement pertains to the framework agreement for comprehensive consultancy in East Denmark (Sub-agreement 1 - East). Therefore, Sub-agreement 1 - East includes Zealand and Falster, Lolland, Bornholm, and other nearby islands to Zealand.
For Sub-agreement 1 - East, Domea.dk wishes to have 5 framework agreement holders.
An applicant can apply for prequalification for one or both sub-agreements, and a bidder can win a place in this sub-agreement and Sub-agreement 2 - West after the bid evaluation is completed.

Sub-agreement 2 - West.
This sub-agreement pertains to the framework agreement for comprehensive consultancy in West Denmark (Sub-agreement 2 - West). Therefore, Sub-agreement 2 - West includes Jutland and Funen as well as other islands nearby.
For Sub-agreement 2 - West, Domea.dk wishes to have 3 framework agreement holders.
An applicant can apply for prequalification for one or both sub-agreements, and a bidder can win a place in this sub-agreement and Sub-agreement 1 - East after the bid evaluation is completed.
