12. Detailed description of the contract subject:
1. Program and objective of the training/course:
The objective of the training is to prepare participants to consciously use artificial intelligence in the teacher's work, including preparing educational materials without the need for advanced technical skills, as well as improving work efficiency and reducing time spent preparing materials.
The training program should cover at least the following topics:
• what artificial intelligence (AI) is, how it works, and its main applications in education;
• free AI-based tools and applications supporting the teaching process;
• use of AI to create texts, educational materials, graphics, and music;
• use of AI in preparing engaging educational materials and streamlining teachers’ work;
• benefits, limitations, and risks associated with using AI, including assessing the reliability of generated content and issues to consider when using these tools.
The training should allow participants to practically use the tools learned. After completion, participants will explain the basic principles of AI operation and application in education, use free AI tools to prepare materials, and recognize benefits, limitations, and risks related to their use.
The training aims to enable participants to acquire or supplement competencies and skills according to the needs assessment of TEB Education Technical School in Kalisz and provide substantive and practical preparation for implementing project results, supporting the durability of its effects, quality, and effectiveness.
2. Trainer’s duties performing the training/course:
a) preparation of the training program and validation methods, e.g., test(s) checking knowledge level, including evaluation method, and submission to the contracting authority for approval at least 5 days before the planned training start date,
b) maintaining proper documentation based on templates provided by the contracting authority, in particular attendance sheets, class journal, and session protocols,
c) ongoing cooperation with project staff, especially regarding scheduling and updating the training timetable, as well as timely informing about participant absences, resignations, problems reported, and evaluations of the conducted sessions,
d) conducting the training/course according to the approved program and within the agreed schedule,

3. Requirements regarding validation of learning outcomes
The contractor is obligated to ensure the validation of learning outcomes achieved by training participants according to requirements for acquiring competencies in projects co-financed by EFS+ funds.
Validation must be conducted after training completion to verify if the participant achieved the intended learning outcomes, according to previously established verification criteria. Before starting the training, the contractor shall specify:
• learning outcomes the participant should achieve through the training;
• verification criteria for each learning outcome;
• validation method(s) enabling objective verification of learning outcomes achievement.
During validation, the contractor must ensure separation of functions between education and assessment processes. This separation can be ensured in one of the following ways:
a) Validation conducted by a person other than the trainer
Assessment of achieved learning outcomes is made by a person not conducting the training. The validator may be another person engaged by the contractor or a suitably competent external entity/person. The trainer must not assess the outcomes of their own training. The trainer may participate in preparing the validation process by developing learning outcomes, verification criteria, validation methods, and preparing test questions or tasks. They may also distribute tests or launch them electronically but cannot influence how participants complete them or interfere with evaluation or validation results.
b) Validation in the form of an automatic online test
Validation may be conducted via an online test, provided that:
• the test result is automatically generated by the IT tool;
• participant’s responses are assessed without human involvement;
• neither the trainer nor any other person responsible for training can influence validation results;
• the test verifies the learning outcomes specified for the training.
If such a solution is applied, the requirement of separation between training and validation processes is deemed fulfilled.
The contractor must ensure documentation of the validation process and results for each participant. Each participant who obtains competencies will receive a document listing achieved learning outcomes.
The contractor must submit information about the adopted validation method to the contracting authority at least 5 days before training start, indicating whether validation will be conducted by a person other than the trainer or via an automatically scored online test.
