Within the contract, the supply, installation, and commissioning of 7 electric vehicle charging stations will be carried out, including the execution of electrical installations related to the stations and protection installations against touch voltages.
A maximum period of 10 calendar months will be considered for the completion of the contract.
The number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submitting bids: 18 days.
The contracting authority will clearly and fully respond to all requests for clarifications/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for submitting bids, provided that the requests were sent within the specified deadline.

This procurement concerns the supply, installation, mounting, and commissioning of 7 electric vehicle charging stations, under the project funded by the Environmental Fund Administration (AFM).
The investment aims to develop the electric vehicle charging infrastructure by acquiring high-performance charging stations and ensuring all the technical conditions necessary for their safe and efficient operation.
The object of the contract consists of: supplying electric vehicle charging stations; transporting and delivering the equipment to the site indicated by the contracting authority; mounting and installing the charging stations; executing the electrical installations related to the stations; carrying out protection installations against touch voltages, including grounding sockets provided in the technical project; performing necessary verifications, tests, and trials; commissioning the equipment.
To ensure the proper operation of the investment, the contractor will have the following obligations: training personnel designated by the contracting authority on the use, operation, and maintenance of the charging stations; providing technical documentation, quality documents, acceptance documents, and user and operation manuals; providing the documents and certificates necessary for commissioning the equipment, according to contractual obligations and applicable legal provisions; providing post-installation technical support and ensuring the interventions required to remedy any deficiencies occurring during the warranty period, according to the established contractual conditions.
The main object of the contract is the supply of charging stations, with mounting works and related electrical installations being accessory and necessary for the proper installation and functioning of the equipment. The work will be carried out based on the Execution Technical Project, Execution Details, Specialty Technical Specifications verified and authorized according to legal provisions, and the building permit attached to the participation announcement.
