The contracting authority reserves the right to divide the public contract into individual parts. The contract is divided into the following 5 parts in accordance with § 35 of the Public Procurement Act: 1) Part 1: Supply and implementation of infrastructure 2) Part 2: Acquisition and implementation of Endpoint protection solution 3) Part 3: Acquisition and implementation of LOG management tool 4) Part 4: Detection of cyber events 5) Part 5: Cybersecurity audit Currently, parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 are being offered. Therefore, within this procurement process, participants may submit bids for parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the contract, possibly for more than one or for all these parts. In each part of the contract, the participant must always offer full performance for the respective part of the contract, in accordance with the conditions of the procurement documentation.
