Within the contract, the following will be executed: works (DESIGN AND EXECUTION) at the investment objective 'Development of Green Energy Production Capacities for Self-consumption at Craiova International Airport - Photovoltaic Park of 2.1 MW with Installed Storage Capacity of 2.58 MWh' including technical assistance from the designer, a contract that will include the following minimum obligations found in the Specifications within the Tender Documentation and in the technical documentation in the phase of Feasibility Study attached. The activities to be performed under the contract are: A. Design Services • Phase I: Preparation of documentation DTAC, DTOE, documentation for approvals and agreements for obtaining AC including necessary due diligence; • Phase II: Preparation of technical-economic documentation necessary for the execution of works (PT, DDE,) for the realization and commissioning of the investment objective Development of Green Energy Production Capacities for Self-consumption at Craiova International Airport - Photovoltaic Park of 2.1 MW with Installed Storage Capacity of 2.58 MWh. The Technical Execution Project will be verified, at the expense of the Contractor, according to the legal provisions, for the quality requirements of specialists - certified by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Housing under the law; B. Technical Assistance Services from the designer during the execution of the works (including determining phases and changes to the project if applicable). C. Execution of works for the following investment objectives • Photovoltaic module: Monocrystalline photovoltaic panels with high efficiency (over 21%), mounted on fixed support structures and carport. • Inverters: High efficiency three-phase inverters (over 98%) for converting direct current generated by panels into alternating current compatible with the airport's network. • Storage system: Li-ion batteries for optimizing consumption and ensuring continuity in energy supply. • Monitoring and control system: SCADA platform for monitoring production, equipment performance, and energy efficiency. • Connection to the airport network: Optimized internal electrical distribution network for integrating renewable energy. The deadline for requesting clarifications on the tender documentation: 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers, requests for clarifications will be sent in SICAP. Deadline for transmitting the response to clarifications: on the 11th day before the established deadline for submitting offers. In the event that economic operators request clarifications, these will be sent exclusively in SICAP in electronic format, signed with an extended electronic signature based on a qualified certificate issued by an accredited certification service provider, the contracting entity will not respond to requests made by any other communication method. Any response to requests for clarifications or any amendment issued by the contracting authority will be part of the Tender Documentation and will be communicated to all interested parties via SICAP, using the www.e-licitatie.ro interface. The contracting entity mentions that it will respond to requests for clarifications submitted by economic operators by the deadline established in the Participation Announcement. For requests made after this established deadline, the contracting entity will not respond.

At the location, the project that is the subject of the development of electricity production capacities for self-consumption at Craiova International Airport is implemented in 2 separate locations but connected by electrical links: - Location 1 - land within Craiova International Airport - CF 253636 - designated for Yards, Constructions - (proposal Carport with photovoltaic system), having an area of 75,612 m2 (area used for CEF approximately 7,500 m2) with an installed capacity of 0.90 MW - Location 2 - land within Craiova International Airport - CF 231185 - designated for Yards, Constructions - (proposal photovoltaic system installed on the ground), having an area of 183,933 m2 (area used for CEF approximately 18,000 m2) with an installed capacity of 1.20 MW - Storage with a capacity of 2.58 MWh The system will include 3,803 photovoltaic panels, distributed as follows: On land: 2,207 panels - the panels will be oriented south and mounted on fixed structures inclined at 35 degrees, optimized for capturing solar radiation, with an installed capacity of 1.2 MW. On carport structure: 1,596 panels - the panels will be oriented south as well as east-west integrated into a canopy-type system with a 10-degree inclination, covering parking areas and ensuring both energy production at an installed capacity of 0.9 MW and vehicle protection.
