Continuation from the above field - "Title (BT-21-Procedure) "Evaluation and Control of Data and Results in the Execution of Activities under Contracts for "Determining Specific Goals and Measures for Protected Areas from the Natura 2000 Network" and Contracts for "Completion of the Process of Mapping and Assessing the Condition of Ecosystems and Their Services and Green Infrastructure within the Territory of the Natura 2000 Network, as well as a monetary evaluation for ecosystems and their services", in two separate lots:
Lot No. 1: "Evaluation and Control of Data and Developed Specific Goals and Measures for Protected Areas",
Lot No. 2: "Evaluation and Control of Data and Results from Mapping and Assessing the Condition of Ecosystems and Their Services and Green Infrastructure within the Territory of the Natura 2000 Network, as well as from a monetary evaluation of ecosystems and their services".

The subject of the present order is: "Evaluation and Control of Data and Results in the Execution of Activities under Contracts for "Determining Specific Goals and Measures for Protected Areas from the Natura 2000 Network" and Contracts for "Completion of the Process of Mapping and Assessing the Condition of Ecosystems and Their Services and Green Infrastructure within the Territory of the Natura 2000 Network, as well as a monetary evaluation for ecosystems and their services", in two separate lots:
Lot No. 1: "Evaluation and Control of Data and Developed Specific Goals and Measures for Protected Areas" includes evaluation and control of data and developed specific goals and measures for protected areas under Contract No. D-30-28/19.05.2025 with the subject "Determining Specific Goals and Measures for Protected Areas from the Natura 2000 Network".
The evaluation and control under the contract includes the following activities:
• Activity 1: Developing a procedure for evaluation and control of data and results in the execution of activities under Contract No. D-30-28/19.05.2025, falling within the scope of the public procurement;
• Activity 2: Evaluation and control of the field studies conducted and the data collected from them;
• Activity 3: Evaluation and control of the developed documents with specific goals and measures for 250 protected areas and measures for 90 protected areas from the ecological network Natura 2000;
• Activity 4: Preparation of a Final Report of the control carried out on the results from the execution of Contract No. D-30-28/19.05.2025.
Lot No. 2: "Evaluation and Control of Data and Results from Mapping and Assessing the Condition of Ecosystems and Their Services and Green Infrastructure within the Territory of the Natura 2000 Network, as well as from a monetary evaluation of ecosystems and their services" includes evaluation and control of data and results in the execution of activities under Contract No. D-30-82/30.12.2024 with the subject "Completion of the Process of Mapping and Assessing the Condition of Ecosystems and Their Services and Green Infrastructure within the Territory of the Natura 2000 Network, as well as a monetary evaluation for ecosystems and their services".
The evaluation and control under the contract includes the following activities:
• Activity 1: Developing a procedure for the assessment and control of the implementation of activities from Contract No. D-30-82/30.12.2024, falling within the scope of the public procurement;
• Activity 2: Evaluation and control of the field surveys conducted and the data collected from them;
• Activity 3: Evaluation and control of the mapped ecosystems, as well as the elements of green infrastructure;
• Activity 4: Evaluation and control of the assessment of the condition of the ecosystems and the ecosystem services they provide, as well as of the green infrastructure;
• Activity 5: Evaluation and control of the monetary evaluation of ecosystem services and the established database for its introduction into the accounting standards of Bulgaria;
• Activity 6: Evaluation and control of the developed specialized databases for ecosystems, ecosystem services, and green infrastructure and their visualization in the existing information environment;
• Activity 7: Evaluation and control of the demonstration of nature-based solutions for ecosystem restoration contributing to the climate and ensuring connectivity of the Natura 2000 network;
• Activity 8: Preparation of a Final Report of the control carried out on the results from the execution of Contract No. D-30-82/30.12.2024.

LOT-0001
"Evaluation and Control of Data and Developed Specific Goals and Measures for Protected Areas".
Lot No. 1 includes evaluation and control of data and developed specific goals and measures for protected areas under Contract No. D-30-28/19.05.2025 with the subject "Determining Specific Goals and Measures for Protected Areas from the Natura 2000 Network".
The evaluation and control under the contract includes the following activities:
• Activity 1: Developing a procedure for evaluation and control of data and results in the execution of activities under Contract No. D-30-28/19.05.2025, falling within the scope of the public procurement;
• Activity 2: Evaluation and control of the field studies conducted and the data collected from them;
• Activity 3: Evaluation and control of the developed documents with specific goals and measures for 250 protected areas and measures for 90 protected areas from the ecological network Natura 2000;
• Activity 4: Preparation of a Final Report of the control carried out on the results from the execution of Contract No. D-30-28/19.05.2025.
