Description:
Implementation of educational activities on circular economy and waste management for residents of Parzęczew Municipality, including workshops and participant transport, funded by the European Regional Development Fund.

The subject of the order is the implementation of informational and educational activities in the field of ecology, particularly circular economy, the 7R idea of proper waste management among the residents of Parzęczew Municipality in the forms described in this specification. Planned activities:
Part 1: Organization and conduct of workshops for specific groups of residents along with the development of educational materials.
Part 2: Transport of participants
1. The subject of the order is carried out within the framework of the project titled “Education on Circular Economy in Parzęczew Municipality” co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the Regional Program European Funds for Łódzkie 2021-2027.
2. The subject of the order will be implemented in two Editions:
- I Edition: October 2025 - July 2026
- II Edition: August 2026 - July 2027
Each Edition will be divided into stages according to a schedule agreed upon within 21 days from the signing of the contract. Each stage will be subject to acceptance by the Orderer through the signing of an acceptance protocol without reservations based on Annex No. 14 to the SWZ.
3. A detailed schedule of individual activities within Editions I and II will be established with the Orderer, taking into account training needs, including the school calendar and logistic possibilities of the recipient groups of individual workshops. The exact dates and times of the implementation of individual activities will be established by the Contractor with the representative of the Orderer and the project coordinator under which the order will be executed.
4. The Contractor of the subject of the order is obliged to adhere to appropriate environmental protection principles during the provision of services, namely, in particular:
- using materials from recycling (e.g., printer paper, pens),
- using energy-efficient and effective devices,
- double-sided printing and copying of materials,
- using reusable dishes or those made from renewable resources,
- limiting waste generation and sorting according to the rules.
5. The Contractor undertakes to appropriately label documents and materials for the persons and entities participating in the project, including certificates, educational materials, attendance lists, workshop scenarios, multimedia games, e-learning materials in accordance with current Guidelines for information and promotion of European Funds for the years 2021-2027. All materials produced within the project should contain the following signs:
– the sign of European Funds/the sign of the relevant program, composed of a graphic symbol and the name European Funds for Łódzkie
- the colors of the Republic of Poland composed of the colors of the RP and the name “Rzeczpospolita Polska”
- the sign of the European Union, consisting of the EU flag and the inscription “Co-financed by the European Union”
- a Hybrid composed of the coat of arms of the Łódź Voivodeship and the name of the voivodeship.
Logos should be placed in a single line on a white background. Logos should be placed in a visible place, but their size should be adapted to the material or document. They may not be blurry or smudged. The materials should include the address of the website where information about the project can be found.

6. The subject of the order may not violate the copyright of third parties, both in substantive scope and the tools used for its preparation. The content contained in the work must comply with applicable copyright law as defined by the Act of February 4, 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights related to communication and visibility (plagiarism or texts being a compilation of several others are unacceptable). The use of non-exclusive licenses that are territorially unlimited for an indefinite period is permissible.
7. The Contractor transfers the copyright to the educational materials produced. The Contractor assumes exclusive responsibility for all claims related to copyright concerning the works that are the subject of the contract. The Contractor grants the right to use the works in the following areas of exploitation: turnover of originals, reproduction in terms of printing and photocopying, dissemination of works through public availability during presentations and on the Internet, on the platform of the Orderer.
8. In the implementation of the subject of the order, the Contractor will continuously cooperate with the Orderer. Cooperation will involve direct, telephone, and email contacts. The Orderer reserves the right to organize advisory meetings during which the Contractor will present the progress of the contract implementation. Meetings will be held at least once a month, with the first meeting taking place within 14 days from the signing of the contract. The Orderer reserves the right to organize additional advisory meetings if deemed necessary. The type of meetings (in-person or remote) will depend on the needs of the Orderer and the progress of work.
9. The Contractor should make corrections to the prepared materials based on suggestions expressed by the Orderer within 7 days from the date of receipt of comments from the Orderer.
10. The Contractor undertakes to:
carry out the service with due diligence, the best knowledge, and with respect for the principles of professional ethics,
possess all technical tools and devices necessary for the proper execution of the subject of the order.
11. The Contractor undertakes to provide support in accordance with the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for persons with disabilities and the principle of gender equality.
