The general objective of this purchase is both to provide medical assistance under optimal conditions and ensure the best treatment conditions for patients by acquiring the highest quality IOD capsules. For this purpose, Framework Agreements will be concluded with the first 3 suppliers ranked following the evaluation of offers, for 48 months, for each lot separately. In the event that the number of bidders is less than 3, the contracting authority will conclude the framework agreement only with the bidder(s) whose offer is declared acceptable. Requests for clarifications must be submitted by economic operators 20 days before the deadline for submission of offers, and responses to clarifications will be provided in SICAP on the 11th day prior to the deadline set in the Participation Announcement for submitting offers. The minimum and maximum quantities established by the Contracting Authority are those specified in the Specifications and its Annex and represent estimates of quantities that may be requested throughout the entire framework agreement and not the exact quantities that will be purchased; the latter may be smaller, equal or larger compared to the estimated quantities, depending on the actual needs of the Contracting Authority. The maximum values of the subsequent Contracts are also found in the Annex to the Specifications, part of the award documentation.
