Description:
The project involves creating a tourism management system for Las Rozas de Madrid, integrating it with the Intelligent Destinations Platform, and includes implementation works and project management services.

The construction of a system that will serve as a new vertical (referred to as the Tourism vertical) of the City Platform of Las Rozas (COSMOS, see section 3.1.1) which will include the integration of this platform with the Intelligent Destinations Platform (PID; see 3.2) of SEGITTUR.

Hiring of a Project Management Office (PMO) for the supervision, coordination, management, and technical and functional advisory tasks in the execution of the implementation works of the project “Discover Las Rozas”, also including tasks related to the promotion and diffusion of the project.
