The order involves the delivery and implementation of various medical IT systems including HIS, PACS, and LIS, along with enhancements to electronic medical documentation and integration with AI platforms for improved decision-making in healthcare.

The subject of the order includes:
- Delivery of the HIS IT system,
- Extension of the existing electronic medical documentation catalog with new document templates in accordance with the guidelines of the e-Health Center. Implementation of functionalities enabling automatic transfer of documentation to the P1 system while ensuring compliance with current medical data exchange standards,
- Delivery of the PACS imaging research archiving and distribution system,
- Integration and data exchange with the intelligent services platform (PUI) developed by the e-Health Center in the field of AI, supporting the decision-making process for diagnostic and therapeutic decisions by doctors,
- Delivery of software and implementation of the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
