The EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG intends, as part of the present negotiation procedure with participation competition, to award framework agreements for IT consulting: Cybersecurity - Security Operations.

The present tender aims to conclude framework agreements for the implementation of consulting, analysis, and optimization services in the field of cybersecurity, starting from approximately 04/01/2026 until presumably 03/31/2029, with two extension options of 12 months each.

As EnBW, we operate not only nationally but also in the international environment and therefore require services not only onshore but also nearshore. To establish a common understanding, these classifications are defined as follows:

- Onshore: Germany, Austria
- Nearshore: All European countries including Switzerland, UK, and Turkey, but excluding Germany, Austria.

Subject of the tender: Security Operations
The subject of the tender includes the further development and optimization of operational IT security processes with a focus on the analysis and improvement of the SOC/CDC structures. This includes the design and implementation of SIEM use cases, the automation of detection and response measures, and the integration of modern security technologies for comprehensive monitoring and protection of the IT infrastructure. The client intends to award the contract to the economically most advantageous 5 offers, thus planning with 5 framework contract partners.
